KörkortMe terms of use
These terms apply when you use the KörkortMe app, provided by Smartevo AB (company reg. no. 559541-4920). By using the app you accept these terms. If the Swedish and English versions differ, the Swedish version applies.
What the app is
KörkortMe is a practice app for the Swedish B driving licence theory test. It is independent and is not affiliated with Trafikverket, Transportstyrelsen or any other authority. The test mode is modelled on Trafikverket's knowledge test but is not the official test.
No guarantee of results
We work to keep all content correct and base it on current law and official information, with a source for every rule. Traffic rules can change and mistakes can happen. Passing practice tests in the app does not guarantee that you will pass the real test. If you find a mistake, use Report question and we will fix it.
Free and Premium
- Part of the content is free. Premium gives access to all content and more features for the period you buy.
- Premium is sold as periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. Periods do not renew automatically: when a period ends, the app goes back to the free version unless you buy a new period. If you buy a new period before the current one ends, it is added after the current one.
- The price is shown in Google Play or the App Store before you buy.
- Purchases, payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their terms. If you want to cancel a purchase or have a payment problem, contact the store where you bought it first.
- If you change phones, you get a running period back with Restore purchase in the app, as long as you are signed in with the same Google account (Android) or Apple ID (iPhone) you bought with. Purchases can't be moved between Android and iPhone.
Permitted use
You may use the app for your own private learning. You may not copy, sell or distribute the app's questions, explanations or images, or try to get around purchases. Road-sign images come from Transportstyrelsen and Wikimedia Commons, and photos from Mapillary and Wikimedia Commons, under the licences shown with each image.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. Except where mandatory law says otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss or for the consequences of any information in the app being wrong. Your rights as a consumer under Swedish law are not affected by these terms.
Changes and ending use
We may change these terms, for example when the app gets new features. We will tell you in the app about significant changes. You can stop using the app and delete it at any time; we don't refund a purchased period because you stop using the app.

Swedish law applies. Send questions about these terms to info@smartevo.nu. Disputes can be handled by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the Swedish courts.
